GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS

The Alberta Community Art Clubs Association offers to its Clubs and Members multiple grants and one
Scholarship.

WORKSHOP GRANTS AVAILABLE TO CLUB MEMBERS

Art Clubs* who are members of the ACACA are entitled to four (4) workshop grants PER ZONE, per fiscal year in the amount of $400.00. This grant includes paint-outs with instruction. The Criteria and application forms are available from the ACACA Treasurer or on our Website.

Club Workshop Grant Application Form

Club Workshop Report (to be completed within 30 days of event)

*Any ACACA member or group of members that do not belong to a Club may apply for this Workshop Grant, but must be pre-approved by the Board and must follow the same Criteria as a Club.

NOTE: The Application Form must by reviewed and approved by the ACACA Executive, please review the Application form(s) carefully.

Zone Show Host Clubs can apply for a rental agreement up to $600 to cover their rental costs for a zone show.

INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP GRANT

Annually two (3) Grants in the amount of $400.00 is offered to the members in good standing with the ACACA. The criteria and application is published in the August ACACA Newsletter and on our website. Deadline for submissions is OCTOBER 31ST ANNUALLY.

LILLIAN NUNN SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is funded by the interest portion of monies bequeathed to the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta by the late Mrs. Lillian Nunn of Lacombe, an A.C.A.C.A. member who died in 1982.
It was her request that the funds provide scholarships of not less than $300.00 to ACACA members 50 years of age or older and that the selection of the recipients be at the sole discretion of the Faculty of Extension, University of Alberta. July 15th ANNUALLY.
